At Career Sync Consultancy, our mission is to connect the right talent with the right opportunities. We strive to provide quality recruitment services and ensure client satisfaction. This policy outlines general guidelines regarding candidate placement, replacements, charges, invoice generation, and payment. Please note, the final terms are subject to mutual agreement with the client.

Replacement Policy

Our replacement policy is flexible and based on discussions with the client. If a candidate resigns or does not meet expectations, we may provide a suitable replacement based on mutually agreed terms.

  • The replacement terms, including the time frame and conditions, will be defined in the client agreement.
  • Replacements are typically aligned with the original role and candidate profile unless otherwise agreed.
  • The process will be initiated promptly upon written notification from the client.

Charges Policy

Our charges are customized based on the client’s hiring requirements and mutual discussion. These are influenced by factors like the role, experience level, industry, and urgency.

  • Charges will be defined and agreed upon prior to the initiation of recruitment services.
  • In case of a replacement (if agreed), it may or may not involve additional charges based on the original agreement.
  • Additional roles or requirements outside the scope of the initial agreement may be billed separately.

Invoice & Payment Policy

Our invoicing and payment terms are flexible and finalized through client discussion. Below are the general guidelines, subject to specific agreements:

  • An invoice will be generated as per the timeline agreed upon with the client (typically within 30 days of joining).
  • Payment timelines (e.g., post-probation, 30/45/60 days after joining) will be based on what is mutually agreed.
  • Terms are designed to ensure transparency and protect both the client's interests and the quality of service.

Eligibility & Exceptions

Replacement and payment eligibility are governed by the agreement signed with the client. Some general exceptions may apply:

  • Candidate resignations due to personal reasons (relocation, medical, etc.) may not be covered unless specified in the agreement.
  • Termination due to company policy violations not linked to Career Sync will typically be excluded from replacement coverage.
  • All exceptions and scenarios will be handled as per the mutually agreed terms in the service agreement.
